Job/Internship Description

Note: This internship is for Summer 2022

Your role as a Human Resources Intern

  • Gain on the job experience and knowledge in Human Capital through project-based learning objectives
  • Get exposure to other departments and learn how your role impacts the business as a whole
  • Translate concepts learned in the classroom to real world experiences
  • Gain hands on experience and/or exposure in Human Capital, including:
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Benefits
  • Training & development
  • Employment law & regulations

What we're looking for in you

  • Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and enthusiasm to learn
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong analytical & documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Business research skills
  • Basic understanding of employment concepts, laws and regulations
