Kaye Krenzke is the Workforce Development Director at UMOS, Inc. For the last 20 years, Ms. Krenzke has been actively engaged in developing and implementing workforce development initiatives across the State of Wisconsin, the nation, and overseas. A Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, and former consultant, Ms. Krenzke played an integral role in assisting an international team of Dutch and Israeli officials in implementing the first-ever welfare reform in the Middle East
