Ron Visconti
Ron Visconti, MA, is the Managing Director of the Peninsula Employment Group, LLC.
Ron has worked with hundreds of job seekers and career changers. For 18 years, he founded and managed a nonprofit career center, Career Education Center, devoted to career workshops and counseling, job fairs, and transition projects. Ron is the co-author of two management books, Effective Recruitment Strategies (Crisp Publications) and Rightful Termination (Crisp Publications). He has been a frequent radio guest as well as a guest career columnist for Bay Area papers.
