We're seeking a future team member in the role of Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Production Services team. This role is in Pittsburgh or Lake Mary, FL. - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • The Support Analyst needs to be well versed in Patching methodology which includes - Satellite registration/troubleshooting, yum repository configuration/maintenance, rpm related concepts and fixes. Capable to update the ansible and BL Jobs as needed to the requirement.
  • Operating system knowledge - Should be expert at Linux OS and hands on experience with Solaris and Aix. Should be capable of fixing vulnerability reported on these platforms and provide remediation within TTR time.
  • Vulnerability management - Candidate must have good hands on experience on Vulnerability management, to identify the fix based on CV numbers, java and OS related fixes.
  • Good knowledge on VMWare ESX host maintenance and resource management - Memory/cpu/Disk addition/removal .
  • Expertise on Veritas cluster and volume manager products. Configure/upgrade and maintenance of VCS/VXVM.
  • Ansible knowledge with experience on writing minimum requirement scripts and good knowledge on Ansible Tower handling.
  • Good experience on Shell scripting and python is added advantage

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is beneficial
  • 8 years of software development or related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Linux, Virtualization,VXVM, Ansible and any automation tool
  • Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
