Job Description
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position
  • Assist with managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs to ensure project contractual work products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide for an additional program interface with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Assists with the development of the performance measurement baseline and monitors execution, including establishment of and routine reporting on the technical performance, financial status, and program risks and issues.
  • Generates the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) in coordination with inputs from Control Account Managers.
  • Identifies program problems and issues, and coordinates with the Program Manager, functional managers and customers to obtain solutions to obtain solutions.
  • Reviews reports and briefings prepared by staff for quality and compliance to contract requirements.
  • Provides oversight and management of supplementary technical instructions.
  • Supports execution of program reviews (travel anticipated).
  • Prepares and delivers formal briefings (travel anticipated).
  • Complies with quality assurance and security procedures in the performance of duties.Leadership and management experience.

Requires

  • Knowledgeable of defense contracting and finance, including Earned Value (EIA-748).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experienced with MS Office and related software applications.

Target salary range: USD $118,424.20/Yr. - USD $128,138.65/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
