As an Executive Assistant, you will support the Vice President, Global Packaging Coatings and ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes for both executive and team. You will coordinate schedules, provide administrative support and be a central contact for team, executives, suppliers and other PPG partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently prioritize and manage a variety of projects and adapt to changing demands
Coordinate complex travel (both domestic and international) and meeting arrangements and ensure preparedness for meetings, presentations and engagements.
Manage confidential information and business correspondence with the appropriate sensitivity
Maintain business documentation, handle financial and accounting matters with confidentiality and collaborate other admins, executives, and other PPG functions accordingly
Consistently demonstrate focus on detail, judgement and exceptional communication.
Requires flexibility in hours and availability.
Qualifications
5+ years' of previous experience providing administrative support to senior level executives
Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables)
