JOB TITLE: Work Crew Lead Janitor

General Description:

• Janitor - Completes all cleaning, custodial and all janitorial services on-site for contracted clients of Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc.
• Lawn Care - Complete daily lawncare services for contracted clients of Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Must have a minimum of 3-years direct janitorial experience
   2. Must be physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach
   3. Ability to assist in keeping the contract site clean
   4. Neat appearance to represent Russell Nesbitt Services positively at the contractors site
   5. Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities:

Work Crew Leader - Janitor Responsibilities

1. 1. Oversee and supervise a work crew providing janitorial service for a specific client of Russell Nesbitt Services.
   2. If required by the client, wears provided uniform
   3. Removes trash
   4. Cleans all areas of the office building, including cubicle areas, chairs, desk, computers and accessories
   5. Vacuums, sweeps and mops floors
   6. Cleans all windows and any glass partitions
   7. Cleans toilets and sinks. Also replenishes paper towels, sap and toilet paper
   8. Turns off lights, AC and or heat as necessary
   9. Performs cleaning and other janitorial duties, including grounds maintenance and minor repair work

Work Crew Leader - Lawn Care Responsibilities

1. Determine work priorities, supplies required and duties of the contract work site.
2. Pick up trash before beginning lawncare
3. Use a push mower for mowing lawns
4. Use a week wacker for trimming edges
5. Use a leaf blower to clean off sidewalks and driveways
6. Rake up mowed grass, bag it and throw bags in dumpster
7. Attend mower safety training annually
8. Perform a final check and correct any identified deficiencies
9. Perform related duties as requested.

Employment Status: The Work Janitor care position is an hourly, non-exempt position.
