The Compensation Coordinator is responsible for providing general support to the Compensation department on special projects, audits and reports. Additionally, the Compensation Coordinator supports HR compliance.
Responsibilities
Work with compliance to maintain I9s by assisting store managers with questions and problem solving.
Work with associates with relocation requests.
Answer calls, emails and questions from associates.
Assist with calculating and paying monthly and annual incentives
