We are seeking an experienced Manager, End User Compute to add to our roster. This position will lead our end-user compute team supporting all end-user devices and applications including desktop/laptops, mobile devices, telephony and conference systems, and the applications running on those devices. Reporting to the VP, Infrastructure, this position requires a mix of hands-on work and leadership of staff and third-party resources to manage our end-user compute infrastructure. The Manager, End User Compute will make recommendations for hardware standards and life-cycle management of that hardware across our domestic network of thirteen regional offices and operation centers.
Initially, this role will be the primary point of contact for a third-party help desk but will be expected to plan and execute a strategy to build that team. Hands on support will be performed in collaboration with local engineers at RSN offices.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $125,000-$135,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
