The Office of Business, Hospitality and Auxiliary Services (BHAS) is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator (Graphic Design). BHAS supports all aspects of campus life, from housing to parking and everything in between! We manage all University-owned housing, Panther Central operations (our 24-7 customer care center), 20+ on-campus dining locations, four retail stores, Heinz Memorial Chapel, the University Club, conferences and events, sustainability initiatives, mobility and commuting options, and campus-wide logistics. The Marketing and Communications Team supports internal BHAS requests related to photography, videography, graphic design, web development, social media, and more! Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to: creating visual and graphic design content, creation of marketing materials for the department including publications, ad banners, social media content, website design, etc., other duties, and special projects as assigned.
