As a State Correctional Institution Reentry Parole Agent, you will work within a correctional facility and be responsible for the Reentry Service Office. The focus of this position is to prepare inmates for their release into the community and to provide workshops and support to those that are in the release process. In this role, you will interact with the reentry team to provide workshops, information, facilitate cognitive behavior groups or interventions either in groups or individual basis. You may also be assigned to a Technical Parole Violator Program Unit as a team member providing reentry services.
Successful completion of the 12-month training/probationary period will result in a promotion to Parole Agent 2 with an increase in salary!
