Reduction of costs and meeting the $750,000 productivity savings goal for 2024. Elimination of unnecessary work in process by creating and improving standard work. Improvement of cycle times and daily manpower planning through creating effective daily management systems specially tier one boards (operator level) .In this role, you will:*Attainment of the $750,000.00 productivity savings goal*Reduce cycle times for the top 80 percent of the products we make in Billerica*Ontime delivery of 80-90 percent of the due dates on the work orders*Creation of standard work for top 80 percent of the products we make in Billerica*Wip level reduction of up to 50 percent of current levelsYou're a good fit if you have:*Some leadership from past experiences *Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.*Experience with basic Microsoft tools such as excel and power-point*Ability to understand theory and then adjust for real world projectsDesired Major & Graduation Date:*Business or Engineering *Graduation year of 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028Physical Requirements:*Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time *Ability to work in a clean room including wearing of clean room suitYour success will be measured by: *Ability to disseminate knowledge, openly share ideas and turn them into operational success. *Help set high standards for best in class performance.What We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
