Position Title: Corporate Strategy Analyst
Business Unit: Finance
Reports to: Director of Corporate Strategy
Position Overview:
Responsible for recurring and ad hoc executive-level financial reporting and analytics. Takes direction from and assists the Chairman, President and CEO and will engage with Finance peer teams and cross-functional groups to develop and analyze information regarding FNBs financial performance. This individual must possess critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a high level of attention to detail, while simultaneously understanding the macro view. Independent thinker while providing strategy and able to prepare presentations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conducts strategic analysis at the direction of the CEO. Assist in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiencies.
Support processes regarding monthly financial forecast and results, quarterly earnings, and annual strategic plan/budget.
Participates in analyzing data regarding the key financial and business metrics, ties together financial information, underlying business drivers, and the macroeconomic environment.
Coordinates and prepares high-quality financial reports and presentations, with a primary focus on executive and Board of Directors-level materials.
Works collaboratively alongside lines of business to develop and provide strategies for business operations.
Reviews and analyzes profitability and performance results as required.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
