This Clerical Supervisor 1 handles all day-to-day operations of the BPOA call center staff, under the general supervision of a manager. Responsibilities include coordinating phone coverage and scheduling, preparing reports of call center performance and volumes, creating and conducting staff training, and serving as a resource for information on BPOA related information, laws, regulations, and polices. You will have the opportunity to coordinate with management on developing and implementing new clerical business processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and serve a liaison with the telecommunications team to support call center platform and phone system functionality.
